Learn how to open your Host Screen, share the Game Code and begin running a music bingo session.
Updated 16 October 2026
Before starting
Make sure you've created and saved your game, prepared your music and have an internet connection.
Check the Winning Format shown on the Host Screen: One Line Only, Full House Only, or One Line + Full House. Tell players which prizes are available before starting.
Your Host Screen is where you manage the live session. Players use their own devices to join and mark their tickets.
Step 1: Open the Host Screen
- For your first game, select Start Hosting My First Game after saving it.
- For an existing game, open View My Games and select Host Game.
- Check that the correct game title and Game Code are displayed.
Step 2: Invite your players
- Ask players to visit boogiebingo.live/join or use Join A Game on the homepage.
- Share the Game Code displayed on your Host Screen.
- Ask each player to enter their name and join.
- Check the Players Joined count as people enter the game.
Step 3: Prepare your music
Open your matching music playlist using your preferred music service.
Boogie Bingo Live does not play the audio. You control the music separately and record each song in the Host Screen.
Step 4: Begin playing
- Play a song from your chosen music pack.
- Record that song using Select Random Song, the song list or Search, as appropriate for your hosting method.
- Allow players time to recognise the song and mark their tickets.
- Continue through the game while watching for winning claims.
- For One Line + Full House, pause after a valid Line to allow tied claims; selecting the next new song closes Line claims and continues towards Full House.
Useful Host Screen information
