Managing Your Games

Duplicating a Game

Make a fresh event from an existing game, with a new Game Code and freshly generated tickets.

Updated 16 October 2026

Create a new copy

  1. Open your Host Dashboard and select View All Games or Saved Games.
  2. Find the game you want to reuse and select Duplicate Game.
  3. Read the confirmation asking whether to create a fresh live game with a new Game Code, then confirm.
  4. Boogie Bingo Live creates the copy and takes you to its Host Game screen.

What the copy contains

The new game is named after the original with Copy added to its title. It retains the original song list, ticket grid size and number of tickets, and generates a fresh set of tickets.

The copy receives a new Game Code. Share the new code with players rather than reusing the original event's code.

Check the new game's settings, including its winning format, before admitting players. The Saved Games duplication action does not explicitly copy the original winning-format setting.

Helpful tip: Duplicating does not overwrite or remove the original game.

If Duplicate Game is unavailable

The Duplicate Game button is disabled when your current plan's saved-game limit has been reached. Check the Game Limit and Remaining figures at the top of the page.

You can review your plan options or delete an unwanted game if you are certain it is no longer needed.
